South Australian Government Speaks At Visa Centre Seminar
24/06/10

Recently, Visa Centre was pleased to welcome Ann Johnson, Manager - General Skilled Migration, Immigration South Australia, to speak at a seminar held in the National Australia Bank's offices in central London. Ann explained the various options for state sponsorship and promoted the great lifestyle opportunities for new settlers in Adelaide and South Australia, (an area designated as "regional" for the purposes of immigration). State sponsorship and regional migration are important and very popular immigration "pathways" for permanent residence applicants who do not meet the main, skilled independent class points pass mark.

Grant King, Director of Visa Centre, commented  that "regional migration and state sponsorship are becoming increasingly popular options for new settlers. We are pleased that the Government of South Australia is actively encouraging quality, eligible new settlers to consider their region and is proactive in assisting with the sponsorship process. This is great news for Visa Centre clients".
