Visa Centre attends launch of MIA UK & Europe Chapter
15/07/10

Grant King, Director of Visa Centre, attended the launch this month of the UK & Europe Chapter of MIA (Migration Institute of Australia) at the Australian High Commission in London. MIA represents the immigration industry in Australia and promotes the high standards of Migration Agents while also protecting the interests of Registered Migration Agents.  MIA is now establishing a UK & Europe Chapter to represent the industry in this region, particularly the UK which is one of the largest source countries for migration to Australia. Grant King met with Maureen Horder, Chief Executive Officer of MIA together with other MIA board members, MIA members and other industry participants.

Grant commented that, "Visa Centre has a number of agents that are MIA members and we welcome the establishment of a MIA UK and European chapter to represent the interests of applicants and agents on this side of the World. It will serve to further improve the immigration experience for all concerned"
