To use this guarantee, you must complete the claim form, providing a copy of the competing written quotation, BEFORE signing our commencement of service agreement. We will then match the competing quotation and you will get our Principal Visa Service at the lower of the two prices.

CONDITIONS
The Visa Centre reserves the right to decline a client or new application or not match the price of a competing quotation if it is deemed to be unrealistic, or if the bonafides of the quotation or operator are questionable or if the competing quotation is believed to have been made for malicious or anti-competitive reasons.  Lower competing quotations must be from a similar registered or licensed migration agent/ consultant offering the same “like-for-like” service and located in the same country as your local Visa Centre office. Competing quotations from un-registered or un-licensed and/or overseas-based operators will not be matched nor will those who do not offer a service of a comparable standard. Once you have signed the commencement of service agreement, this guarantee is no longer available. Claims will only be honoured if lodged before signing the commencement of service agreement. Matching of competing quotations may be subject to independent verification by Visa Centre. The price match guarantee relates to our core Principal Visa Service product only and does not apply to initial formal assessment fees, optional service upgrade fees, optional settlement service programme fees or optional case management fees. Only written copies of competing quotations will be honoured. Verbal competing quotations may or may not be honoured and are at the discretion of management. Other Terms and conditions may apply.
