If you're serious about emigrating to a new life, here are four easy steps to success!
Step 1 - Immigration Assessment
Firstly, we need to assess your basic eligibility for immigration to the country of your choice. Visa Centre will only take on a case if there is at least a reasonable likelihood of success.
QUICK CHECK
So before we agree to act for you, we invite you to complete a FREE initial Quick Check Eligibility Assessment to determine if we can help you in any way. This takes 5 - 10 minutes and does not commit you to any further steps. All Quick Checks are personally reviewed by an experienced Client Services Agent. We will contact you within 1 WORKING DAY with a response and, if positive, an invitation to complete a more comprehensive, paid Full Check Immigration Assessment with our MARA Registered Migration Agents / IAA Licensed Immigration Advisors / CSIC Certified Immigration Consultants /Lawyers.
FULL CHECK IMMIGRATION ASSESSMENT
This confidential service is an information-gathering exercise and enables our MARA Registered Migration Agents, IAA Licensed Immigration Advisors or CSIC Certified Immigration Consultants/Lawyers to assess your position under the appropriate official immigration regulations without any obligation on you to proceed further.
You will receive a detailed written report explaining the immigration requirements and process as it applies to you and your family, while setting out the steps to follow in easy- to-understand terms. Entry criteria, visa conditions, processing time-frames, costs and recommendations for areas where your case might be further strengthened will all be outlined. If your prospects are assessed to be weak you will be advised and offered recommendations as to ways in which your case might be strengthened.
Your assessment report involves 2 to 3 hours professional work by our experienced immigration team in order to research your various visa options and to report back to you on the most appropriate immigration pathway that applies to your situation. Hence a fee is charged for this service.
Personal Relocation Consultations (Optional - additional fee applies)
At any time, for an additional fee, you can request a personal one-to-one consultation - either in person or over the telephone - with one of our experienced Client Services Agents. Personal Relocation Consultations are approximately 45 minutes in duration and can be arranged as the first point of contact or as a follow-up to receiving your Full Check Immigration Assessment report, or both. The Personal Relocation Consultation will answer any general questions you have about the relocation process. Click here to request a "Personal Relocation Consultation" by phoning us.
Following this, you can make your final decision as to whether or not to proceed with a residence visa application or the services of Visa Centre. More specific questions about the immigration regulations and visa application process will be addressed by our team of MARA Registration Migration Agents, IAA Licensed Immigration Advisors, CSIC Immigration Consultants or Lawyers at the next stage, once you have formally started the immigration process through Visa Centre and provided copies of your documentation.
Note: Before proceeding to take a Full Check Immigration Assessment - you must first take a FREE Quick Check Eligibility Assessment
Once you have given instructions to proceed, a Visa Consultant will be assigned to your individual file and they will be responsible for processing your entire residence visa application.
Your Visa Consultant will supervise the preparation of a fully-documented visa application in accordance with the existing immigration regulations of your chosen country. Submissions to support your application will be promptly integrated and checked for suitability, including the translation, legal-proofing and coordination of important (often time-sensitive) documents such as medical tests, language tests and police reports. Our consultant will also work with you to ensure that your work references, qualification and trades diplomas and evidence of your relationship (where applicable) are presented in the prescribed format.
OFFICIAL QUALIFICATION AND TRADES RECOGNITION
A critical part of the immigration process involves arranging for your qualifications to be officially recognised by the relevant academic or industry assessing body. You will be issued with a locally-recognised certificate that will match your qualification to the equivalent local one and outline it in terms that local employers will understand. It is often vital that you get this stage completed in order to be able to proceed to lodge your residence visa application.
Our Visa Consultants are experienced in the processing of qualification and trades recognition applications with the following and other official bodies: NZQA, TRA, VETASSESS, RPL, ACS, AIM, EEE, etc. We will handle all the paperwork on your behalf as well as the preparation and submission of your application. Your personal Visa Consultant will liaise with the relevant body to deal with any follow-up questions or practical assessment requests.
| Stop press - AUSTRALIAN TRADE SKILLS RECOGNITIONS: Are you a unqualified tradesperson with more than 4 years work experience? We can help you gain official trades recognition and your residence visas! - Click here for details. |
Once complete, your visa application will be submitted to the immigration authorities, in the officially-stipulated format. Your Visa Consultant will monitor the progress of your application, liaise with the immigration authorities and respond to any questions raised by the authorities. At every stage in the process your Visa Consultant will provide written advice and regular progress reports, together with on-going supervision and advancement of your case.
Upon the approval of your application, your Visa Consultant will arrange the issuing of your residence visa and will remain available to provide advice and guidance on your options regarding citizenship and returning residence visas (re-entry visas).
