Your First Step is Free
Before we agree to act for you, we first invite you to complete a FREE initial Quick Check Eligibility Assessment and go through a series of quick questions on a pre-set, Q&A form prepared by our officially-recognised migration consultants. Based on this flow-chart system, your answers will give us a brief initial indication of your requirements and whether or not you are eligible to become a client.
You will receive an email response within ONE WORKING DAY and our Personal Relocation Agents may phone you to discuss the next step. For regulatory reasons, our Personal Relocation Agents will not be able to formally advise on your specific immigration case or answer technical visa questions, however they can pass-on general introductory information as found on this website and in our magazines, explain our range of services, and can help you to complete the forms for a comprehensive, paid Full Check Immigration Assessment to be fully reviewed by our officially-recognised migration consultants. They can also arrange for your C.V. to be sent to our in-country employment experts for an Employment Appraisal to be completed.
FULL CHECK Immigration Assessment
Because immigration regulations can be varied and complex, your visa process should begin with a proper analysis of your personal situation - occupation, family, qualifications, finances, languages etc - so that we can determine the right visa for you and the best way of obtaining it.
A Full Check Immigration Assessment is a confidential information-gathering exercise that will enable our Registered Migration Agents (MARA), Licensed Immigration Advisers (NZIAA), Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (ICCRC) or immigration lawyers to assess your position in relation to existiing official immigration regulations and provide specific immigration advice in writing.
Our fees for Full-Check immigration assessments start at £195 per family unit+.

Please note: Your assessment report involves 2 to 3 hours professional work by our experienced immigration team in order to research your various visa options and to report back to you on the most appropriate immigration pathways that apply to your situation. Hence a fee is charged for this service. No gaurantees of success can be given.
After the completion of your Full Check assessment report, our Personal Relocation Agent will be available to read over the report and to see if you have any further quick questions for our officially-recognised migration and lawyers to answer **. You will be under no obligation to proceed with your visa application. The decision will be entirely up to you.
If you wish to proceed, you will move to Service Two - Visa Application stage, and your documents will be requested once a non-refundable sign-on fee has been paid.
Service 2 - Residence Visa Processing
Once you have given instructions to proceed and paid our non-refundable sign-on fee, a Migration Consultant will be assigned to your individual file and they will be responsible for processing your entire residence visa application. Firstly, they will request and review your documents and then set-out your individual immigration pathway. Depending on what your documents say, some changes in your pathway may occur at this stage so we encourage clients to be as flexible possible.
Your Migration Consultant will supervise the preparation of a fully-documented visa application in accordance with the existing immigration regulations of your chosen country. Submissions to support your application will be promptly integrated and checked for suitability, including the translation, legal-proofing and coordination of important (often time-sensitive) documents such as medical tests, language tests and police reports. Your consultant will also work with you to ensure that your work references, qualification and trades diplomas and evidence of your relationship (where applicable) are presented in the prescribed format.
OFFICIAL QUALIFICATION AND TRADES RECOGNITION
A critical part of the immigration process involves arranging for your qualifications to be officially recognised by the relevant academic or industry assessing body. You will be issued with a locally-recognised certificate that will match your qualification to the equivalent local one and outline it in terms that local employers will understand. It is often vital that you get this stage completed in order to be able to proceed to lodge your residence visa application.
Our Migration Consultants are experienced in the processing of qualification and trades recognition applications with the following and other official bodies: NZQA, TRA, VETASSESS, RPL, ACS, AIM, EEE, etc. They will handle all the paperwork on your behalf as well as the preparation and submission of your application. Your Consultant will liaise with the relevant body to deal with any follow-up questions or practical assessment requests.

Once complete, your visa application will be submitted to the immigration authorities, in the officially-stipulated format. Your Migration Consultant will monitor the progress of your application, liaise with the immigration authorities and respond to any questions raised by the authorities. At every stage in the process, your Consultant will provide written advice and regular progress reports, together with on-going supervision and advancement of your case.
Upon the approval of your application, your Migration Consultant will arrange the issuing of your residence visa and will remain available to provide advice and guidance on your options regarding citizenship and returning residence visas (re-entry visas).

All skills clients requiring a joboffer receive a paid Employment Appraisal Report completed by our in-country employment experts at the start of the process to help them plan for their jobsearch.
As one of our visa processing clients, you will receive the FREE JOBSEEKER PROGRAMME to help kick-start your job search and provide you with expert guidance to point you in the right direction. Although no guarantees can be given, our FREE JOBSEEKER PROGRAMME has proved highly effective in helping many clients in the search for employment in their new country. There are 4 steps to the Programme. In total you are entitled to 2 hours of free consultation time, incorporating the following;-
Step 1 - PLANNING & UPDATE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION
Once you have proceeded with our visa processing services, one of our in-country EMPLOYMENT EXPERTS will contact you directly to provide you with an initial 15-minute planning and update consultation on the following subjects;-
- Advice on your CV/resume to ensure that it is appropriate for local employers.
- An update on the local employment market.
- Helpful tips on how to look for a job and the job search process.
- Advice on the best time to start the job search / interview process.
Step 2 - ACCESS TO OUR ONLINE JOBSEEKER RESOURCE BOARD
You will have access to our JOBSEEKER RESOURCE BOARDS – for your preferred destination country. This website page will provide you with examples of how to prepare a local-style C.V./resume, links to local job vacancy websites, links to employers and recruitment agencies and also helpful tips on the do’s and don’ts of searching for work from abroad.
Step 3 - IMMEDIATE JOB VACANCIES & EMPLOYMENT LEADS
(available 6 weeks prior to your visit or to your arrival)
Once your visas have been approved or you are visiting your destination country to attend job interviews (provided you are eligible for visitors visas), we will arrange a further telephone consultation between you and our in-country EMPLOYMENT EXPERT. Following this consultation, we will provide you with a list of job vacancies and/or employer & recruitment agency contacts relevant to your profession and the region in which you wish to settle. We will also provide a list of the top internet job boards for you to search for any further relevant vacancies. For this stage, we recommend that you contact us 6 weeks prior to your intended move/visit date.
Step 4 (upon arrival) - PERSONAL OR TELEPHONE ORIENTATION CONSULTATION
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The FREE JOBSEEKER PROGRAMME is designed to get you started with your job search but it is not a total solution. No guarantees of success are given whatsoever as it must be you who secures a job offer. All costs associated with your job search or trips for interviews are your own responsibility.
- Your visit to the country and arrival orientation consultation is subject to you qualifying for visitors or entry visas. It is your responsibility to check your eligibility with your officially-recognised migration agent in advance otherwise these consultations can be conducted remotely over the telephone.
- We will endeavour to provide current job vacancies and relevant contact details of employers and recruitment agencies BUT WE DO NOT PRE-ARRANGE JOB INTERVIEWS. We require you, the applicant, to contact employers and recruitment agents and to arrange/attend job interviews. In addition to this service, we encourage all clients to also use other job vacancy websites and to apply directly to employers themselves. We simply want you to find a job.
- As this is a free service, it is strictly limited to a total of 2 hours professional consulting time for current visa processing clients only. It is open to ONE PERSON per permanent residence visa application for use once only. If used correctly, this service can be highly effective at initiating your job search - provided that you are actively involved.
- This programme is open to one person per application for permanent residence through our firm. It is not available to persons who are solely applying for a temporary work visa only.
- Not available to USA-bound clients.
Service 3b - Business Migration Scheme
Your officially-recognised migration agent may advise that you need to certain conditions relating to the type of investment or business activity that you can undertake for your visa. The experienced staff of our sister consulting company, ODG Associates, will guide you solely on the business aspects and on the business opportunitiers available to you, while enabling you to have maximum flexibility to pursue your desired commercial interests.
Whether you require help preparing a suitable stand-alone business plan for general use, finding a business or property, referrals to banks, accountants and lawyers, or registering a company, all these services are available under the Visa Centre Business Migration Scheme. With an emphasis on personalised service, the scheme can be tailor-made to fit your individual needs and those of your family. ++
Service 4 - Settlement Services Programme
Once you have obtained your residence visa, you will need to arrange everything from opening a new bank account, to finding a house in your chosen area, through to shipping your household contents and obtaining an official tax file number.
Every full client of the Visa Centre is eligible to join our Settlement Services Programme for FREE which provides easy access to a range of preferred partner suppliers such as banks, shipping companies, financial planners, pet relocation agents and currency exchange companies.
