FREE, NO-OBLIGATION ASSESSMENTS
You will receive a FREE Rapid Eligibility Assessment which is confidential and provided without obligation. If positive, you will then have the opportunity to speak to an experienced Visa Centre agent at no cost.
YOUR ELIGIBILITY OUTLINED
We will only take on your case if, at the outset, there appears to be at least a reasonable likelihood of success.
Following the FREE Rapid Eligibility Assessment, if positive, you will be invited to proceed with a comprehensive, paid Formal Immigration Assessment. You will receive a frank and clear written assessment of your eligibility for residence BEFORE we proceed further with a full residence visa application on your behalf. Our agents will also speak with you to explain the entry criteria, regulations, processing timeframes and the various steps in the visa application process so that you are clear about the way forward.
THREE MONTH REFUND PERIOD
We understand that your personal circumstances may change during the migration process. Therefore, if you must cancel or suspend the migration process for any reason whatsoever, you may do so at any time within the first three months without the risk of penalty or further charge from the Visa Centre. In this event, only the instalments already paid are non-refundable*, but any further instalments cheques/credit card authorisations that have not yet been banked will be returned to you. After the initial three months, your instalments and fees become non-refundable.
*Exclusions: Where clients have elected for the full pre-payment discount and paid the entire amount upfront all fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
PAYMENT BY INSTALMENT
Unlike others in the industry, the Visa Centre does not charge its entire fee up-front, in advance. Instead, we charge by instalments, meaning that you pay on a progressive basis*. This way, you can monitor the progress of your case while ensuring that the costs are more conveniently spread over the application process.
*Exclusions: With the exception of initial formal assessment fees and optional service upgrade packages or where clients have voluntarily elected for the full pre-payment discount option.
OPTIONAL AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Our Principal Visa Service is our core service and is based on a highly-effective application-checking and professional guidance service that is most requested by Visa Centre clients.
If, at any time, you require additional services or wish to upgrade to full case management or representation-type legal services, you can request an optional service upgrade for an additional fee at any time during the visa application process.
QUALITY OF SERVICE PROTECTION
We are committed to maintaining the quality and effectiveness of our visa processing service. In accordance with our low-cost, "no-frills" formula, once paid, instalments are non-refundable. However, in the very unlikely event that you find a valid error or mistake made by the Visa Centre that results in your visa application being declined, we will provide you with assistance to re-lodge your application or we will be liable for the refund of our consulting fee. In all other situations, pre-paid instalments are non-refundable. *See terms and conditions for conditions and exclusions.
* Refunds do NOT apply if: 1) clients are untruthful, misleading or unclear about their personal situation: 2) clients are unable to provide the requested documentation/evidence: 3) clients do not comply with Visa Centre or immigration authorities requests: 4) the government or immigration authorities make changes to the immigration policy: 5) clients are warned about potential risks in advance and choose to continue further: 6) clients voluntarily decide to withdraw from the application process at any time.
